Never in life I would be coming here I entered, and I said hello with the big smile and the white Lady just looked at me. Didn’t even smile back first bad expression. Then I went to the aisle for what I was looking for. Was there for like seven Minutes. Nobody came to help me. there was three ladies. One was helping a customer and the other two just talking. Then the customer left and no one still ask to help me So I just walked out. I didn’t even look at them and they didn’t even say bye. And they’re grown ladies not young smh

This is for licensed professionals. The store didn’t ask me for my license when I walked in. Once I realized it was for licensed professionals I asked the clerk if I could still look around she said no. I asked her if they asked customers when they first walked in if they had a license, she said no because they’re always busy. It’s 8am and it was just me and she never asked me for my license but then told me I couldn’t look around when I asked if it was okay to still look around? WHAT this was my first time here. She never asked me if I had a license either. I came in to do a review of the place. Customer service needs to be worked on. There was a basket of products sitting in the middle of an isle. I am very disappointed with you guys..I’ve been a client for many years and had been buying your products ever since them, how is it possible that I’m not able to return the flat iron that I bought on Saturday the day after when the flat iron wasn’t what I expected it to be. I’m never buying products from this store ever again😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
