Cosmo Prof

Went in this morning to try to get a dryer. Their card reader wasn’t working and the poor girl at the front tried her manager who didn’t answer, tried tech support who did not answer and finally her manager responded after 20 minutes to tell her that no card payments would work today. This is ridiculous. Cosmoprof has been riding on the fact that cosmetologists only have so many professional in person options. The company needs to change. Absolutely so dissapointed.

I had the pleasure of being helped by Wanda who was very nice. She knew exactly what I needed. Definitely an A+ !!

For the past year at least they don't have enough items in stock to run my business without having to go to another store to get what I need. They can't even have bags with handles so when I take my infant in with me it's really inconvenient trying to juggle everything. Disappointing

Nice Cosmoprof location that is very easy to get to with ample parking. The staff are always kind and professional and will go out of their way to assist you. The store is clean and organized and there are a wide range of products. Although, not quite all the products I need are carried. Great store overall!

The staff continues to ruin my experience in the store. The cashier and her coworker wouldn't help me find the product I needed. Instead, they talked about how moody they were feeling and ordering Chinese food for lunch. I usually look past these behaviors. The tipping point was when both employees seemed inconvenienced to have to sanitize the basket I was using to hold products. I'll be using a different location moving forward. Two words: unprofessional and inappropriate.
