such a bad customer service from the pregnant woman today January 13 at 5pm. This is not the first time i have issues with her, why being rude for no reason? disrespectful and even being racist cause a customer has an accent when they talk?? This is horrible, i see a lot of bad reviews about this person and still don’t get fired.

this is the worst cosmoprof in kissimmee! please go to the ones in Orlando. the lady with colorful short hair is rude and is always quick to refuse purchase if your name is not on an account. I NEVER HAVE ISSUES WITH OTHER LOCATIONS I HAVE 2 ACCTS ONE FOR BUSINESS ONE FOR PERSONAL, I AM DUALED LICENSED, these employees aren’t licensed and they need to act like it… MANAGEMENT PLEASE TALK TO YOUR EMPLOYEES AND TELL THEM TO HAVE MORE RESPECT FOR LICENSED BEAUTY PROFESSIONALS.

I called to see if they carried a certain product yesterday and the person that answered the phone was super rude and not very helpful her comment was I work here I think I know what we carry! I then go to the store she starts to follow me around the store talking underneath her breathe. when I go to pay she asked for my ID which I didn’t have on me being that I have never been asked for ID I left it home, she then tells me well you can’t purchase anything in a rude tone very poor customer service. I went here the other day and Panda helped me out so much. She answered my questions and helped me pick out the best products for a good price. Thank you Panda for all your help. She is truly a sweetheart and very funny
