Very good experience every time I have been in the store. They are very helpful. Special shout out to Theresa, who has helped me on several different occasions. She is such a warm and friendly person, with outstanding customer service skills. She also makes insightful and helpful recommendations, like steering me toward a boxed set of the shampoo and conditioner I was about to purchase because the boxed set was less expensive than purchasing them separately. It is rare these days that you come across someone like Theresa who has such amazing customer service skills! Love this store!
