Cosmo Prof

I always have loved my rep. From cosmoprof. That being said both times I have come to Jeff city the only Cosmoprof they have has been closed. Hours on the door show they should be open, but door locked and nobody is home. Sign said closed for a work emergency??

This is my first negative review (or any review ever) so that should be all you need to know. Worst experience I have had with a business (if you can even say that) in every possible way. They do not care about the guest. Licensed professionals, do yourself a favor and go absolutely anywhere else.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Good assortment of professional products to choose from. Clean store in a convenient location. Winning!

Very helpful staff. Easily seen from the road in a plaza with subway shop. Good parking. Open 7 days week. For license cosmetologist only.

I rate this place a 0 out of 1. Customer service was terrible the lady so so rude for no reason we didn’t feel welcomed at all.
