How hard is it to pick up a phone instead of making a customer drive 30 minutes across town just for a question? I have been calling for 3 days and nobody picks up ever.

Normally Cosmo has everything I need. However, right now stock is very quickly sold out. Be aware they seem to only be doing curdside pick up, so call ahead for orders as it makes it fast when you get there to just pick it up.

A young lady there at the desk was rude and needed to humble herself. Her make-up didn't look like she knew what she was doing either. Snarky lil one and for no reason. Tone it down on the level of entitlement.

Very rude staff. Of course you have to be licensed to shop there. However when you are the buyer for the salon with a company credit card they probably shouldn't be so jerky. Glad there's another option in town.
