Cosmo Prof

Cosmoprof is a ripoff anymore. Like I could buy crew on Amazon almost the same price as they sell it for. They use AI to order for the stores and it sucks. Always out of half of what I need. I'm sure everyone else too. And they used to ship to store free when they were out and now it's like 11$ to get one product shipped. The employees are usually nice but it sucks for them too. Greedy company.

Make sure you look cute when you go in. When I was ready to check out I showed the girl my card, on my mobile app. She asked me for my beauty license or physical card, because they only allow their app? I go at least once a month and have never had any issues. I keep all my cards on a mobile app for convenience. I believe she only gave me a hard time because I was in sweatpants with no makeup. I got in my car and went to the one on Pearl Road, where they are friendly and and happy to have my purchases.

Since I can remember, I have came to this store because of good things I heard from friends. The employees were so friendly and went out of their way to always make sure I received the help I needed, especially the manager. Taking all this into consideration, when I finally graduated I applied here (even though there are closer stores) because I wanted to learn from the best!

Just grabbed a few products, Amy was such a delight to speak with over the phone, providing me with valuable information and when I arrived to pick up, she had a big friendly smile and pick up was easy, thank you!
