The red head that works there busted out with her step latter to search for products on the top shelf for me! She actually searched the entire store to find options for my clients needs. Sweet experience!!! Way organized store and they had exactly what I hoped was in stock!
My experience on Plymouth was very good the lady help me was very helpful and nice can’t say the same about Hyannis store they not good at all
If I could give zero stars I would. The manager of this store is unhelpful, rude, and has no customer service skills what so ever. After that awful experience I went to another Cosmoprof and had a great experience that could not have been more different.
wonderful customer service, nice clean store, happy faces, all around a great store that’ll always have my business, highly recommend shopping at this location!
The Manager Macy is amazing! Always so helpful & caring of all her customers! Best Store in MA!
