Amazing customer service every time I go in. All employees are so helpful and knowledgeable. Well stocked on all the products, clean and wonderful.

just spent 45 minutes in the store to be told when I'm cashing out I have to be licensed to shop there... Maybe they should have a BIGGER sign that does not blend in with there hours of operation. Or I'm just an idiot and thought it was a Sally's. But honestly an actual sign in black with a white background, not white lettering that sale welcome barbers, blah blah blah in the smallest font, would help so much. I'm so aggravated. Can anyone tell it's for licensed professionals only by that picture?

Ive started dealing directly with suppliers. This place doesn't carry the Clipper blades for the clippers they sell. And hair product for men it's a 50/50 shot if i can get what I need. Friendly staffing, no complaints there. Clean store.

This CosmoProf location has been in shambles ever since the manager named Teresa hasn't been there. I was there Saturday and they didn't even have bags to put my purchases in! The employees are rude, and they are constantly out of items that they normally would have in stock... Do better!

Has shelve space for products we need. Often products are sold out. Need to visit multiple times to get all products. Would have received a five star rating if they kept their shelves fully stocked.
