Cosmo Prof

I give this store a 5 star wish i could give it a 10 if I could because I have never been in a CosmoProf that was as nice and pleasant as Hotsprings. Tara Bradley was absolutely the nicest and sweetest person Iv ever met at a CosmoProf. Iv been in hair for 23 years and never have had the customer service experience that I had with her. I was from out of town and needed to grab some supplies for me and for my salon and she helped me and was very pleasant extremely helpful and you could tell she really enjoyed her job! I wanted to take her back home to work for me she had that magnet personality that everyone should have. I will definitely be back and will definitely recommend this store. 💙💛

It’s very upsetting when you drive into town on a Friday expecting them to be open…and they are not..I have limited time…and drive for 30 minutes…and should not have to call ahead to see if they are open

I really love going to this place! It has so much product for really good prices. The staff are always so helpful! And very nice and I plan on continuing giving them my business! ❤️

The store is organized and clean. The staff is always courteous and willing to assist. And most importantly, the very knowledgeable manager has always helped me to get just the right product for my clients’ needs.

When I came in the store I had no idea what I needed for my hair care ! There was the sweetest little girl named Tara there she fixed me right up with the Johnny B shampoo and conditioner for men and I absolutely loved it thanks Tara and thanks Cosmo prof for having beautiful knowledgeable employees I will be back and send my friends !
