I had the worst experience. Unfortunately I walked in at 5:55 today 9/02/2025. When I walked in the representative was speaking to another client so I went looking for what I needed, unfortunately I needed help because I was looking for a specific color or something close to the color I needed the lady was extremely rude and did not want to assist me. After she was done with the client she was assisting prior to me I kindly asked her if she can just help me find a color close or specific to the one I needed, she declined and stated she was already closed therefore she wasn’t able to assist me. 0/5 stars. Honestly she’s just lucky this is the closest hair supply store that carries the brand I needed if not I would never go back. I hope I never have to encounter her again. It was an older Sp

EXTREMELY HORRIBLE!!!, I walked into the store with lots of money to spend and I asked some fat Spanish lady a simple question about a product. she told me I needed a cosmetology License (which I told her perfectly fine I have and that I was coming back with my License). So I kept looking for a quick second until she told me I couldn’t buy anything there without my cosmetology license and that they aren’t open to the public. And I said oh okay don’t worry I won’t be shopping here no more. Nah never again. They lost a good client and money.

Open until 6pm? Arrived at 5:50pm for a last minute need, would've taken not even five minutes in and out. Extremely surprised that corporate allows this unprofessionalism.
