Over the last year they lock the door so no one is allowed inside unless the employee opens the door. Just tried shopping at 12:15pm on k a Saturday and they now put a hand written sign that they have a lunch break and are closed… consistency would be great. I stopped placing same day orders because they never arrive and it’s always a problem.

The woman with red hair and a tall stature provided subpar customer service. Need to improve.

On Saturday and Sunday Ryan's there and he's a very nice young man. But during the week all the women that work there cannot speak English. I was in there once and I had to pick up the phone and answer in English to whoever was on the phone. They couldn't understand the English phone call. It's very hard to communicate with them. I think you should have somebody that speaks bilingual.

Absolutely great staff in this place.. unfortunately like all the beauty supply houses they're out of a few things but it's not the Management's fault it's the company in general.. the ladies as well as Andrew are very helpful

Awesome CosmoProf. There aren’t very professional only beauty supply places around. Even though I have to drive pretty far from my own home...whenever I’m out this way I make a point to stop at this store. The ladies that work there are always so sweet and ready and willing to help as much as they can. This weeks visit was a little out of the ordinary because I didn’t bring in my membership card. I always have my cosmetology license on me though. So during my check out process the cashier asked me for my phone number (now keep in mind...since I’ve had my cosmetology license- my phone number has changed a ZILLION times.) However, none of the numbers I gave to her were valid. My suggestion is to make sure you go online first and make sure all your information is up to date and maybe call the
