I dispise this store because of the staff!! They’re rude & hateful every single time🙄
The lady working today (08/22/25) was one of the rudest people I’ve ever come across. She has no place in customer service.
Every time I’ve ever came to the location in Hickory the staff and the managers are so nice and helpful. I’m so happy they got this new store! Everything is so easy to find and they actually have stock! This staff has worked their butts off and it really shows! Thank you for being my one stop shop.
The sales lady that wears glasses shouldn’t be in customer service. Unprofessional and rude!!! She is supposed to be respectful of others
I when in today to pick up a few things, as I was looking around I asked the girl at the register if there were any sales going on she said with an attitude no you will have to look . So I looked around and was ready to check out and stood at the register waiting to get checked out she said you have to wait I’m filling a order.. So unprofessional and poor customer service…
