Never nail supply in stock, always out of what is needed or always waiting for a shipment. Very hard to rely on both locations which are the only two in the area

Very disappointed. I showed up at 5pm, the hours online and on the door state that the store closes at 6pm. An associate watched me walking up to the door and locked it…an hour early. When I called to see if it was just a temporary lockout no one would answer the phone despite there being 3 associates behind the counter.

I like the store however, so many products are sold out or discontinued. It is convenient to walk in an buy the items you need if they are available.
