rude customer service. it’s specifically one worker in there. I went in once before and didn’t know I had to make my own account online. When i tried to make my own account it wasn’t letting me but i thought maybe since she did it manually it would work this time. i went back in recently and she was telling me i need to make my own account and she can’t keep putting it in manually (i’ve been there once before) and it’s really easy i just need to do it. i tried to tell her i tried to and it didn’t work and she just told me it’s easy. she put in my license and i paid and she just left the receipt and products on the counter. didn’t say anything to me and walked away back on her phone. truly don’t know why she’s so mad instead of trying to explain why it wasn’t working or just typing it in ma

Although supplies have been limited (assuming due to covid) this 5 stars is strictly for Mrs. Geraldine and her customer service. I frantically called 10 minutes before closing one night and was surprised someone even answered the phone! Geraldine helped me with my emergency purchase, waited for me to get there (3 minutes after closing) and had my item ready to go. She was an angel that night and really went above and beyond. Times are tough lately and it's easy to get hardened by what's happening in the world, but interactions like this one and having someone offer kindess and waiting the 3 more minutes really makes the difference.

Tracy has REALLY turned this store around! Fully stocked and ready to rock !!! She is incredibly informative and more willing to help with anything than any other location I've been to in the last 3 years. A salon owner's DREAM in terms of customer service ! Thank you so much for all your help, Tracy!! I'll definitely be back!!

Had very limited options in stock, and the store was very messy!! The staff was also VERY rude to me. The moment I walked in the door I was not greeted just stared at and once I walked past the two woman behind the counter they asked to see my Cosmo license cause I didn’t “look like I would be a cosmetologist judging by my appearance”. I will not be returning to this cosmoprof location.

Never have what i need in stock. Just got laughed at when i called to check before going in, and then hung up on. Switched to the Plymouth location a year ago. MUCH better service.
