Limited selection and what they have is pretty picked over. To top it off the staff is not exactly pleasant..I’d recommend Salon Centric down the street for hair care supplies instead and Denver Nail Supply for nail care

This store is the worst! So poorly managed and never stocked. Today, I arrive to buy product for work and there is a handwritten sign on the door saying she will be back in 40 MINUTES! 40! What??? This is a business! The time before I arrived at the time of opening, me and 3 other people waited outside for 15 minutes till the lady arrived for work. Pretty sure the corporate office would not be happy in how this lady handles their business. There is always something. I try hard to avoid this store but it’s on my way to work so it’s the most convenient. Try to avoid if possible.

This place is a joke. Poorly managed, employees are lazy, never stocked with simple and essential products, and apparently they don’t have bags. So I had to carry my large order in between my arms and chin, praying they don’t fall. And all their products are well over wholesale price which makes no sense if you’re selling to professionals who are reselling… This place is ridiculous. It’s a shame because my barbershop is around the corner from here so it’s really convenient, but I’m finally done with this place.

Omgsh shoutout to the woman who has red hair helped me out!! I expressed my concern of plastic use and looking for a parfum free item, and she pointed me to AG Care Line, yay! Althought their hair masque is still in plastic packaging, I was happy to have the other two products packaged in sustainable packaging. Thanks again!

My girlfriend and I always shop at this store and we enjoy the customer service. Whenever she walks in, the employees that work there during the week know her. We went into the store this past Sunday to buy a few items, and the employee that was working which she had never seen before made 2 mistakes on our transaction and over charged us. After we left the store and reviewed our receipt, she realized the mistakes. At this point, we were very far away from the store and had to drive all the way back in traffic to get the issue resolved. Upon arriving and fixing the mistake, the response we got was not very professional. She did not say sorry or even seem a bit apologetic. We sensed an attitude and felt like it was our mistake she overcharged us. Our time and weekend was wasted and we didn'
