I love this place the girls are always so helpful. They know me BY NAME and my dog. They are always willing to call another store or get it online if they are out. Or they will call when something is back in stock you need. I can go on and on about how they go above and beyond to help you

Staff is always so friendly and know me by name. If they are out of something I need and they don't have it, they'll call other stores to help me get what I need. I go here quite often during the week so to have a friendly staff greet you when you walk in is awesome. Kayla & Annie are AMAZING!!!

On May 21, 2024, visited this location and highly disappointed. I inquired about a products, Mary response “Do you have a license?” I was confused, I decided to shop for my item. Mary followed me through the store picking an argument and stated “You can’t use the race card with me?” All this time the Manager Annie was behind me and did not diffuse the situation. I left the store, drove 5 miles to the next Cosmo Prof and spent $215. The customer service I received was cringing, inappropriate and unprofessional. I blame the manager because I couldn’t believe she just there while her employee argue with me, not once did she diffuse the situation. It was soo hostile, my teenage daughter and I left.

Good friendly service. They always say hello and seem to stay busy all the time but are always ready to help out. Good selection. Always adding new stuff. My girlfriend got her wallet stolen and they were very understanding about the hair license thing.
