The place is extremely clean and very look very well organized.But the employee that was working there today was in considerate and only spoke friendly to people who spoke to her in spanish. Not at all a welcoming experience. She went back and forth with one customer.That was in front of us for about ten minutes going from aisle to aisle.Doing a personal shop, but could not even be bothered to say hello or welcome when we stepped up to pay

The people here wells train and customer service plus 10 of 10 . Lisa very helpful even we need more wax containers honey. Her store don’t have it. She did made time to check some different store make sure we able to get some more. Her attitude awesome 10 of 10. We Need to give her employees of the months. I be back next time . I will recommend this store to everyone own professionals. Today 6.14.2024 at 4pm

When they dont have the price on a lot of item here you ask .. they ask you if your licensed.. yes cosmo AND barber LOL .. super offensive attitudes to put out when we spend so much money at this company yearly with no other real options to shop at ..

Words can’t describe how amazing the help I received today was, the girls that work there are beyond helpful and super kind! I was helped by Elena Moreno and Elsi Gonzalez, I was amazed by how knowledgeable they are and how happy they are to help! I will definitely be going back and 10/10 recommend anyone to go here!!

Ordered hair dye they sent the wrong color so I go to the store, show the order email, the packing slip, the receipt all show the color "pink" even shows a picture of the exact bottle. i I received "hot pink" go to exchange for the correct item the cashier who speaks 0 English tells me IM WRONG and says she won't exchange it. The word "HOT" appears nowhere on any receipt. How can you have a cashier that can't speak English with no manager in store. Ridiculous do not shop here.
