To Whom It May Concern, I am submitting this complaint regarding an extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional experience I had today at your CosmoProf Grand Island, Nebraska location. I am a licensed cosmetologist who travels and shops in professional beauty supply stores across the country, and I have never experienced anything like what occurred today. From the moment I entered the store, I was followed from aisle to aisle by two employees — a blonde and a brunette. This was not attentive customer service. This was surveillance. I intentionally changed aisles multiple times to confirm whether I was imagining it, but each time, the same employee trailed behind me without selecting or purchasing anything herself. Today I visited the Grand Island store for the first time. Cynthia was very kind and very helpful; so grateful for her patience and all the information she gave me. The store was calm and very well put together. I will go back simply because I was treated so well! I would definitely recommend this store!

Amazing and helpful staff! They all go above and beyond! Cynthia has been truly amazing with helping me find whats right for me as a stylist.
