Hailey is super sweet and very helpful! She treated me like an old pal as we walked through the aisles together looking for the perfect color for me to try out. She listened to the current problem I had with the hair color line I have been using and offered her own suggestions. I told her I would come back in soon and let her know how I liked the color we chose! She's a keeper for sure! ☺️

Wonderful saleswoman! Very knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. She answered all of my questions. I can't say enough how exceptional she was!! The second store I've visited in the last two weeks! Both locations were very helpful.

This is a regular stop for me, and I am always greeted and serviced in an excellent manner. ABOVE and BEYOND, is what comes to mind, when I needed help from Crystal a week or so! They were out of alot of what I needed. Wasn't very happy. The 1 girl that was working spent her time chatting with other customer and never once asked if I needed help . Smh . Will drive to flint store next time

I absolutely love this location. The girls are always helpful and good at showing you deals. Other locations the employees just gossip and ignore you till you get to the counter. This is the only Cosmo location I visit now.
