Before wasting your time coming here, note that you can only shop here if you have a license. I do my own nails and tried to avoid Sally’s because I don’t like Spence but oh well you’re stuck going there.
I have been outside of the store since 8am with my stylist. It’s now 8:35 and I can’t get anyone to come to the door or answer the phone. This is highly unprofessional and a waste of my time.
The staff is GREAT. THE ONLY REASON I DIDNT GIVE THEM 5 STARS IS THE ITEMS I NEED ARE ALWAYS OUT OF STOCK. . but i dont fault the staff for that. These ladies are professional, and will help you any way they can.
Has a wide variety of items but does not sell to anyone who is not a licensed hair or nail professional. So Amazon sells the same thing to normal people and costs less.
I love that only licensed cosmetologist can shop there. Great store with great staff.
