100% recommended store! I found all the hair products I was looking for. Chris CCC is very friendly and knowledgeable, and she answered all my questions.

This store is really just full of nothing but bottles of chemical nightmares. Yesterday I bought product totaling 40 something bucks, used the tiniest bit of it and it sucked, tried to bring it back and they have a no return policy on used products. I literally had them toss it in their garbage. Don't waste your money and shop somewhere else with a reasonable return policy.

Always out of what I'm looking for. Goldwell sleek perfection I only get a couple bottles at a time so by the time I get over there to get one they're gone great stuff!

Honestly I was disappointed. It was my first time in and because of a layout change there was a lot that was unavailable. I live downtown so it was kind of a journey. When I couldn't find any of the tools I needed I went to sign up for the card and those too had been on "backorder for a couple months" the person working was super sweet. Just didn't end up being able to purchase anything I went for. Guess it's time to purchase everything online.
