Great stylist-manager was funny, informative, candid, very helpful overall, and got us what we needed. Was not expecting such hospitable attention and friendliness. They have lots in stock.

I visited this store this morning 12-15-21 around 10:30-11:00. It was only me & another gentleman in the store. I needed help with an item. The man helped instead of the lady working there. So I get my items & go up to pay. When she asked my phone nbr & i gave it to here it showed I didn’t have an acct- she looked at me like I had just spit on the floor or something. She very rudely told me I couldn’t buy the items. I apologized and told her I didn’t know that. We moved here not so long ago & I had never heard of cosmoprof until today. Point of the story is she didn’t have to be so mean for no reason at all. I apologized again & left.

Love this place! Always have been able to get help that I need qhen I have a question about a product line I am unfamiliar with and the stuff here have been fantastic and even more friendly since July! Always shop here!

Love the store manager, he's super knowledgeable and friendly. His store is always clean and organized so I can find what I need !
