Visited this store on 6/12/2023 there was 3 girls “sales associates” that watched me like their lives depended on it, EXTREMELY rude and ignorant. They had zero product knowledge and seems under qualified to be working there. I wasn’t even done shopping and one of the girls literally said are you ready to ring out?! I have never in my 15 years and being a professional hair stylist and business owner have ever walked into a CosmoProf and experienced that type of treatment, very gutter mentality they were definitely products of their environment. So disappointed!

I’ve been shopping here for some time and never had a problem until right now. As I’m walking through the isle trying to find a product I had one of their snobby employee with a black shirt and light brown hair come up to me asking me if I was a hairstylist I answered no. She then proceeded to tell me only professional hairstylists were allowed to a shop there. I obviously have my Esthethician license if I’ve been shopping here for a couple years . She proceeds to gossip with her coworkers on how only hair dresses should be allowed to shop for hair products simply because I asked her for a specific hair brand. Discrimination at it’s finest…

Very well organized store, the Associates are very nice and helpful. Always great customer service! Definitely recommend shopping here, great experience.

This location has several friendly and welcoming associates that go above and beyond! I’ve always had an amazing shopping experience. Highly recommend.
