😡😡😡😡 I just bought these scissors and they're defective. They don't have a good edge, and they wouldn't exchange them for another pair. They also said the same thing applies to their machines; they don't replace machines if they're defective. They don't take responsibility; they only care about selling. This store should be held accountable, but they're not. I definitely don't recommend buying anything here.

I came in looking for some advice on scissors and a hair dryer and received nothing but excellent hospitality, patience while asking questions and advice, and a very sweet associate. I massively appreciated her help- I am so sorry I didn't get name- blonde, petite, very kind. Please thank her for her great service!

This Review about cosmo and this worker charging me $50 more than what I’m supposed to pay and she ripped the prices in front of me tell me that’s not true she will rip the prices to other customers. They are not honest to their prices as like the price tag.

The worst experience. I came back to buy after a long time since they almost never have the products I need. I asked one of the associates something and instead of answering me, she asked me if I had a license in a super rude way!! They should give them a customer service course.👎
