Super inconvenient to place a sign on the door that they’re closed due to staffing issues & not have the common courtesy to notify clients whom placed online orders.. now what IS inconvenient is having to have take the time to make the drive & the store be closed.
For professionals. They've got a pretty good selection of equipment, color and styling products. I didn't get to interact with the employees much so I can't say for customer service. But it's better than your typical Sally's, which is owned by the same company.
Store manager is always nice and she keeps the shelves stocked well!
when the manager and the girl with all the face piercing are working ,they get so rude with customers I hate going in there when they are working ill go to the one in buford to get my prouds
They have an amazing selection and the people that work there are super nice everytime I go in there
