Cosmo Prof

I was looking for a specific Perm. And this Cosmoprof was the only one that had it in stock. They were friendly, helpful and put a couple aside for me until I got there. All the Cosmoprof’s I’ve been to are great, but this one just seems to always have things in stock.

I was in a hurry and both the clerks took the time to help me with I needed because I didn't know the store and it would have taken me much longer to get my supplies. I'm sorry to say I didn't get their names, but they were working on Monday the 16th of May at approximately 11/11:30ish. I wanted them to know how much I appreciated their help.

The worst customer service. No one here seems to like their job and they show you! We used to come here all the time but not anymore. Only when we absolutely have no other choice. I am not sure if the company is bad or they hire bad help but really get it together people. We miss the smiling helpful faces.

Small, but they have what I need. Friendly workers some very knowledgeable. Always well stocked and the sales tags are up on time each month.
