Cosmo Prof

i am a frequent flyer at this location and have been for about 2 years now. Anne & Rick are BY FAR the best there and definitely the most knowledgeable and friendly. i cross my fingers in a good way that one of them is working when i walk in! Anne is sweet, conversational, helpful, and patient. Rick is very product smart, always in a great mood, efficient, and kind. overall these two are the two you’re looking for in this store. :)

JEFF IS THE GREATEST!!!!! He went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me get an order that was unfortunately messed up due to a technical error and door dasher problem. He helped me more than anyone from Cosmoprof EVER has. He DESERVES a raise or a promotion. He customer service was nothing less than excellent. This could have been an absolute disaster, but because of HIM it wasn’t. I truly can’t say thank you enough Jeff. I will be coming in to personally sake your hand and truly thank you for all of your help.

This store doesn’t follow mask guidelines and Rick is there coughing all over everything. It’s disgusting. He even told another customer on the phone “we don’t police the mask mandate. You can do whatever you’re comfortable with”, before hanging up and coughing. Disgusting. Not coming back. In the past I’ve gotten frustrated because they will tell you whatever answer you want to hear, rather than say they don’t know, or actually get the information you’re asking for. I’m done shopping with these people.

This location doesn't follow the rules of sales. While everyone else has marked off 50% of their sale prices he doesn't follow all the other stores. Now they are not taking any returns and all sales are final. The artists are the ones that support this business so for them to not take stuff back really shows what kind of business model they have. I wouldn't bother going to this location for any of my supplies and just make the drive to Loveland.

I was at cosmoprof yesterday she rang up my purchase then I found my 10$ off coupon she would not accept my coupon. That upset me maybe that was store policy. Would have been a small price to pay for a happy customer.
