recently purchased a professional shampoo at this store. The staff was friendly when assisting me. However, when I got home, I noticed that the product’s security seal had already been opened. It was surprising to receive an item sold as new that was not properly sealed. I also learned at the time of purchase that the store sells only to licensed professionals, so I had to ask someone with a license to buy it for me. I did not return to the store because I live about 30 minutes away, and going back for an exchange or refund would take more time than the product is worth. I’m sharing this so that others remember to check their items carefully before leaving the store. Make sure the product is fully sealed for peace of mind and to avoid inconvenience later.

Closing before operation hours is not cool sometimes when I run out of something I rely on u being open … the manager at this location is very rude I had issues with that before so I started going to different locations but heard she was gone so I started going back there and it has happened multiple times also if you are not educated on the product you sell then you shouldn’t be working there .

I went here today. They close at four. The door was closed before 4 oclock. I’ve never been to this location and I went down the wrong road. I was there A few minutes before four and the door was already locked. She was counting the drawer and ignoring me. I think it’s very unprofessional to close the store before you’re supposed to. I was coming from 30 minutes Out of my way to come here. I only needed to pick up one thing I would’ve been in and out and done before 4 o’clock. Disappointed ☹️

Great place, and even better service. Erica, is the most friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful customer service based employee I have ever encountered. Her bubbly personality creates a relaxed atmosphere for her customers, which creates dialog ensuring the customer gets exactly vwhat they need. She is supurb, in every sense of the word.

Fabulous Store!! Gotta be A licensed beautician though unfortunately to shop here...I found out the Hard way 😔
