Staff did not know PRODUCT'S! And when I asked about product after calling another cosmopof store in east points plaza, new exactly what I wanted by description! They know there inventory very well, Lacrissa knows the products and made my job as a professional cosmotoligist much easier! But this store hires anyone and they don't know their products like other store chains do! Once I had the product and asked the person working about it, not knowing I found it, tired to say they did not carry the product and I prolly had their store mixed up with a state storr, which I have never been too! Please don't make excuses and blame the customer because you (who work there) don't know your inventory!

The staff at Cosmo Prof in Florence, Alabama is very professional. They are very helpful and in a timely manner. I purchase for my Salon "Designing Salon" and for School "Muscle Shoals Career Academy".
