Elizabeth helped me find the right colour (brand and shade) to go dark brown, without it being too dark a shock after I’d totally picked the wrong product by myself. Really appreciated their advice and would absolutely return for more in the future

Not open to the public. This store only sells to licensed professionals. I suspect this has to be some kind of market control scheme, an attempt at trying to limit ready access to high quality tools from competing with local retail stores.

I’ve had great experiences in here so far. Staff is very kind and helpful. When they were out of a product I needed they gave me contact on how to get it with no shipping for that time. I thought that was going above and beyond to help.

Best stocked location and far closer to home than the Worcester location for me. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and goes out of their way to make it easy to get all your professional supplies
