Alicia and Amber we such an amazing help with my shopping experience today. Amber called me and informed me so conveniently about Cosmoprofs upcoming discount promotions and created my cart with my favorite items Young Nail liquid and files. During my visit the following Sunday Amber helped me throughout the store finding every item in addition to my list. They both were friendly, helpful and created a fine environment and check out. Horrible, I arrived before closing and the doors were locked. SMH Was in town and decided to to drop by. I know the the previous manger is missed in this community. She cared about everyone.

Very impressive staff with valuable time management skills that gets the job done. If you ever have a problem ordering from one store; come here. The manager Gabriele is very customer friendly and will walk you through the steps of getting what you need, on time and in a very efficient manner. Thanks to all that works there!! Happy Holidays!!

Everyone in the store was friendly and super helpful. The woman ringing me up went out and grabbed a couple mermaid hair brushes for me at the last minute since they were supposed to be a surprise for my kids, but I had them with me! So she was able to help me keep it a surprise. And another woman helped me find the curl cream I was having trouble finding, since this store was new to me. Thank you!

Came in with my girlfriend to get gifts for my moms birthday and the girl that helped us (Madison) was very good at figuring out what little we could gather she might like...My mom was beyond surprised/happy with what she picked out for her.
