Came to the store today from Fairburn. The lightswere off and doors were loked,on a Saturday. I got here @12:58 pm. Store doesnt close till 4pm. No sign stating out to lunch or closed for the day.This is bad business

I normally have a positive experience at this location but not today. I arrived at the store at 5:39pm and the store closes at 6pm. The doors were lock but no signage stating closing early. There was a short and stocky black female with a short haircut inside the store. We made eye contact and she ran from the bathroom door to another door that read exit. I waited hoping she would open the door or at least acknowledge that she saw me waiting. A few mins go by and she comes out but stays in the back and goes back inside the back room. No communication or anything. At 5:51 I decide to leave but I'm pissed because all she had to do was communicate. I called Newnan store asking about the fayetteville store being closed and they weren't aware of the store closing early. So I called customer ser

The young lady (wears glasses and has ginger hair) was not pleasant to interact with. She had a very condescending tone while “helping me”. What really bothered me most is at check out she offered me a “rewards card” and told me all the perks without mentioning it was a credit card upfront. When I figured out it was a credit card I declined and suggested she should not say it’s simply a rewards card you should say it’s a credit card….. consumers don’t like feeling like salesperson is not being straight up. This company gets enough money out of me. I do not want to feel like I am working with a con artist. She got an attitude with me when I explained to her it’s best to say it’s a credit card up front not a rewards card. She tried to debate with me. I just walked out the store very annoyed.

Loved them!! First time visiting and wish there were one closer to me in louisiana. Loved all the professional products to chose from and having the option to order online will have to do for now 😁🥰
