Always very friendly staff. I was recently checked out by Claire. She was very helpful.

Had a conversation about products and I had two tote bags from previous purchases that came free with the 110.00 dollar bag. Told her I put the bag (only the totes no products) on eBay. And she was like I’m the manager u think I wanna hear that? Hear what? that I have to many bags in my closet and I got rid of them. Super rude. I’ll never come back to this store. There was no reason for that at all.

I wouldn't go near this store, the lady with longer brown hair is super rude and they try to make sure you leave as quick as possible with a rude tone and one thought i was stealing for looking at the gel polishes for more then a few minutes? Even though my 2 white friends had been in the hair isle for far longer then i was, but i was the only one stopped. I was hovered and yelled at whenever i asked anything. Worst experience in a while, they are also out of stock in a lot of things and empty for a reason.

Ever since the new manager took over it's been amazing and she's so nice and accommodating. I highly recommend shopping here for your professional hair supplies

The products are great and the store is well maintained. The service is horrible. I have been here more than once and every time I go the employees treat me with attitude. For me good quality service is very important and this store definitely dose not have that. The employees here really need some sort of training on how to treat clients.
