Jordan was so extremely helpful resolving an issue I had from a CosmoProf online order, and the manager via a phone call, but didn't catch her name. Customer service through the 1-800 number from an online order gets 0/5 stars. Definitely come to the store to make your purchase rather than online.

Let me just say, these girls are amazing! The customer service is on point. I usually call in a large order and it's always ready for me when I get there. I could shop here for hours if the budget wasn't an issue😉. They also make great suggestions for new products to try. The store is clean and we'll stocked. Way to go Cosmo! I love this store. The staff is always nice and friendly! And they don't rush you out the door if they're closing . I go there at least twice a week love this location

Amazing staff, overly helpful and knowledgeable of the products. Shout-out to the staff, especially a very sweet girl named Jackie, who always helps me and answers my outlandish neverending questions I have about the products.

I haven't been to this location in awhile. I came today (Sunday) as i was out this way. The store opens at noon on Sundays. It's 12:08pm and the store isn't opened. I can't. This is insane and awful for business.
