Used to be my go to because of how convenient the location is. However, to pull up & they aren’t opened when they should be is a DISGRACE! Please do better!! LIGHTS OUT!!

Why is this location always closed during stated store hours? I drove 45 only to find it closed AGAIN!! This is bad business Cosmo Prof! Good thing there is a Salon Centric right down the road. Will be going there from now on as they are ALWAYS open during stated store hours

It's never open, I understand that it's understaffed I really do but even after changing the open hours to accommodate the lack of staff it's still not open half the time. It's very frustrating when I need things for my business and 9 times out of 10 when I go it's closed. Regardless of time of day or day of the week. Especially because most of the things I need are only sold at cosmoprof, I can't just go to salon centric to get gold well products. If salon centric sold what I needed I'd go there instead because they are at least open when they say they are

You got to be kidding me!? It seems this location specifically having hard time finding a reliable person to work. If this keeps up, you might as well just close this location down.

Went there at 2:00ish yesterday (Saturday) and they were already closed. Waited for about 30 minutes and all I saw were customers . No employees and when I tried to all they said they were closed.
