Cosmo has been in Pleasanton for a long time. They are barbe shop but my sister got a highlight as good as a saloon for half a price.
You need a license to buy. They helped me and my daughter select products, then were denied purchase. Ummm... why help then ask if I had a license? I am dad with his daughter. Why would you not ask first? Waste of time.
They always have what we need for Main St. Hair/ Pleasanton Wigs & Toupees and you can almost always find a location open nearby in Dublin, Livermore, Hayward or wherever you are.
I come here often to purchase supplies for work. Store can be a mess. Not sure if staff are licensed cosmos, they don't give professional insight on products
