I have been coming to this store for 12 years and I love it. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful.
I've been coming to this store for 7 years and this is the best it has ever been! The new staff has really turned this store around! Shelves are full with product and new products are put in a timely manner. I can actually get everything need now when I come in!
I was in the store two weekends ago. The manager called me after I left accusing me of taking extra change and demanded I brought it back because her drawer was short $20. I had correct change. Then my assistant came in with her child and the assistant manager was extremely rude to her and snatched the cart out of her child’s hand making her finger bleed. I will never return back and will only go to Newark
This location has improved tremendously over the past several months! It's such a relief to know that I can come to Cosmoprof and see all the products I expect to find on the shelves. I also appreciate the new textured hair products that have been added. Keep up the great work!
Been coming since Hair school! I get my color, Shampoo and Conditioners also a few tools from here.
