Spanisg lady at front desk today 12/6 is garbage . I walked in im looking to but several a l dyes. You have to registered she said and I told her I can come back I have family thats . registered . I just wanted to know if this location carries two products and no else there she could not even answer a question without saying you need to be registered..Damn to ask a Question dead plaza on a Saturday. I would not even want to register honestly with this type of costumer service even if I could. Now I go on line see they carry it just dont know if this location next to me can order it cause you cant ask questions apparently.

I went to return some products that were unused and was refused to be given a refund on a product that looked to be damaged. The attendant refused to give me a refund because she was afraid of what her boss would say. I did not realize that your job would be in jeopardy by making it right by the customer. I am so disappointed on how I was treated and more so on the principle. Always refund the money back to the customer if the product was bad!

Wonderful and helpful employees. I only took off a star because this location didn’t stock the product line I needed. So ended up making a wasted trip.

Went into this location this morning bright before I had to go to work and was treated so poorly by the woman that opened this morning. She was rude and couldn’t give me straight answers. I tried to return an expensive flat iron that I ordered on line and got it defective. And also received it with a slight nick in the outside of the box. I showed her my online receipt and my packing slip. She argued that It wasn’t enough for the return she needed to see the store number where they got it from . Then she kept ignoring me and staring and inspecting the tiny nic in the box. I said why do you need the store number this is a corporation, had no answer. Stayed quiet and stared at the box. I went to the tamarac store and they said all she had to do was scan the online receipt to see the store #
