Excellent customer service, I love this store, they always help me with what I need.
Kudos to the ladies in the Danville VA store. Both were very friendly and seemed eager to help me. Brandy took time to go over the product I purchased, which was not what I went in for. Unfortunately, they were out of the product I went in to purchase, but I came out still happy! Keep up the good customer service ladies. I will be back.
I visit CosmoProf stores all over and this place is HOME!! The ladies (and gentleman)at this location are so helpful and go out of their way to help every single visit! They are always so kind and personable! I’m so thankful they are my closest location but I would go out of my way if they weren’t! Thank you Sue for saving my week!!😘😘
i came in this morning and was helped by a blonde woman and she was so sweet and inviting. i have bad social anxiety but she made me feel very comfortable and i really appreciated her great customer service <3
