I had a really uncomfortable experience at this store due to the manager, Angie. From the moment I walked in, she was overly aggressive, constantly pushing products I clearly wasn’t interested in. Even after I politely declined multiple times, she kept insisting and hovering, making it hard to browse in peace. It felt more like a high-pressure sales pitch than a casual shopping trip. I ended up leaving without buying anything just to escape the pressure. Definitely not the kind of experience that makes me want to return.

I have been coming here since 2010 and have never had any bad experiences. The staff is very helpful and friendly. They always have what I am looking for, in stock. Great place to find all your beauty needs for your salon or personal use. I must mention that you fo need to hold a cosmetology license in order to shop here.

I love them girls in there.. Jean is the best ever.. Always helpful and nice!!! My favorite supply store.

Extremely rude employees. Questioned us multiple times if we were licensed but didn’t ask anyone else in the store or at checkout. Also went to say that we were unqualified to buy some products when we have in the past.
