The woman who works there taked to me like I was stupid. They hire incompetant people who don't even get the concept of the color wheel or color formulation, sadly. They fail to contribute positive customer service to licensed Cosmetologists.

Nancy helped me out today. She was super knowledgeable and personable. I recommend this location 100%

WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE ! I went shopping for some hair color. I was never greeted. They were busy gossiping w a customer, and as soon as she walked out, they kept the gossip. NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL. One of them (older lady) just came to see if I'm not stealing, not really to help. I purchased color and shears. I returned the day after to return the shears because the fingers were too small. As soon as I put them in the counter, she kinda slid her finger through them and said...THIS HAVE BEEN USED ! ACCUSING ME OF something I DIDN'T DO ! I said, "Do u think if I used them, I'll come back and return them?!" I was very offended. Her response was, " IT HAPENS ALL THE TIME! I’ve been waiting outside Cosmo Prof in since 8:00 AM, and it’s now 8:24AM—the store is still not open. There are multiple people lined up, all expecting the store to open at the posted time. This is very unprofessional and extremely inconvenient for customers, especially those with tight schedules. If your store hours say 8:00 AM, then someone should be there to open on time. This needs to be reported and addressed immediately.

How do they have 4 stars?! Every time I go in here it is the absolute worse. I try to avoid it at all costs, but I was needed nail supplies and I had some time to waste before picking up a friend. I walked in saw what I wanted and kept looking, Debbie came up behind me and started “straightening” whatever she could find. Then I realized I needed curl spray, but I am picky so I was going to take my time and actually read labels. She was getting a bit antsy with me, but the best is when the phone rang and she had to go get it. I was reading a Bedhead label when I realized she was talking on the phone while staring at me down the isle! Literally having a conversation on the phone while looking at me!
