Honestly.. it saddens me because this is a convenient location and as professionals we like to have options and variety.. the rudeness of this place is just not worth it. I've had enough exchanges to where I no longer will be taking my business here. Unfortunately.

Must have a cosmetologist license to shop there. The prices are fair, they nice a great selection of Matrix, and CHI, recently added WOW products which is great. But there are also products they do not have such as the Keratin Complex line (KC keratin complex)

Where the Cosmo pros go!! Who doesn’t like a salon professional store I love the fact that his nest right between this amazing plaza and Publix is right next-door!!! Found all my favorite brand here quick easy nice quiet shop if you’re in the area come visit tell them that The GlamBoss sent you

I have been to this location multiple times only to see the sign on the door stating, "Gone to lunch return in 30 minutes", sometimes I wait & they do come back. Sometimes, they don't. Today really takes the cake! The clock on the door shows returning at 5:05PM. The store closes at 6PM. This location is unreliable, to say the least. As other reviewers have said, order online or go to a different location! I hope the owner realizes how much business they are losing.

I am not the type of person to leave bad reviews but when you see things that happen multiple times I have to say something. I walked into the store today. No one said hello. My daughter who is 6 years said hello and she was told give me a second. She was busy chatting. I asked her if I my daughter could use the restroom because it was pouring outside and we literally ran it from the rain because I was trying to catch them before they close. Her response was go to publix. I went to Publix because I didn’t want my daughter to pee on herself when I came back and spoke to her regarding how she spoke to me and how dismissive she was. I expressed my dissatisfaction and I stated that I was not going to frequent this location again she said I don’t care. I refuse to spend my money at these place
