Cosmo Prof

I came in to the store 15 minutes before it was closing. When I came in and Julia said we had 10 minutes to shop but in a very rude tone. We got the things we needed and we went to check out. While we were in line she asked if we had the cosmo card. We told her we didn't have the card with us and she gave us a big attitude and said "I don't know if I can call the number it's too late to find your card number but let me try" she got the phone and as we gave her my phone number she got frustrated because she couldn't get the number right. She even slammed the phone. The person I was with asked her if she could open an account and she said no because she needed her license. She told her she had it with her and she said she couldn't process it. She told us "if you had came to me when you walke

I had the worst experience in this store. I came to this store and a woman that works there was stalking our every move all the time we went through one aisle she was there standing just looking over and over at us and it was the whole time we were there. It's not like we did anything wrong. She had no reason to be stalking and following us everywhere. We were stalked the whole time everywhere we went in that store and no one else just us. It was too much and me and my mother were uncomfortable and weirded out because this never happened before in this store from the other times we came.

Was a great place to go to once i was acrually very happy that i was able go somewhere when i was new in the city they had some great things i can and could do and experience

Always helpful and they try to work with you if something is not to you're satisfaction ! The girls are great that work there. Just wish they had classes there again !

Great customer service and everything I needed and more was at this place.
