I hadn't been into a *professionals only* beauty supply store in many years so I was taken aback by the change if products and product lines available. Not terribly displeased... more like, overwhelmed and a little bummed... but I know times have to change. The sales associate was truly the biggest help!! Exuding kindness and knowledge, I was walked through all the different avenues necessary for my desired results. I learned a lot, love the new K18 heat protection (heat bounce) I got- smells amazing and works well, and cannot wait to return!! Looking forward to trying the hair color. Furthermore, I'm thrilled to have a beautiful and sturdy brand new brush! I'm picky but I found just the right one- even includes a beautiful hidden sectioning jawn in the handle.

You need a cosmetology license but if you have a friend or family with one you can go with them to get your products. I found everything i needed and wanted

Stores only for license professionals to shop. There are also no signs on the door to let regular customers know this so don’t waste your time because they will not let you purchase. Sally’s beauty is the preferred store.

Customer service is poor at this store. Employees here have an attitude and are not willing to help. As a licensed cosmetologist I like to know about new products on the market and their use, so I ask! Courtesy is key for a successful business!
