so i went in here to buy some wax for a quick touch up on a client and I ended up purchasing some hair products because my hair is thin dry and brittle and the employee Jackie referred a few products that she as well uses and I am not only so pleased with the products she suggested but i am so impressed that she new her stuff on not only the products she recommended for my hair but basically was knowledgeable on ALL the products in the store and that to me is whats called a Valuable and Excellent employee. Nothing bothers me more when i walk into a specific store and the employees have no knowledge on the products that are sold in the store so when Jackie helped me out it was a breath of fresh air. Nasty nasty nasty little girl that works here. I have been to CosmoProf’s all over the island and in multiple different states and I’ve never encountered someone more rude and entitled than she. I ordered in store pickup for a gift set that was NOT what I received, it was only two products out of the three product gift set and no box included. When the corporate 1800 number patched the store in, it was clear she couldn’t have cared less and hung up on me and the corporate associate. The situation has since been escalated to corporate complaints and the district manager notified. Id recommend going to Miller Place instead.

first time shopping there. store was really low stock on everything. I'm also a new cosmetologist. got looked at weird and got asked if I'm really a real licensed hairstylist. i showed her my licensed number too. dont like the vibe inside. a different location it is....

The sales consultant was nice and so was Lori to some extent . I was returning items to be exchanged for other products and a she made a rude comment about the products I was returning . I bought them 2 months ago for a client who moved out of state and I wasn’t planning on using them for another client . I was grateful she took 2 items back after acting hesitant but The commentary wasn’t necessary . I do shop here every month and I do spend a lot of money at this location.
