Morgan did an excellent job in helping me find the best hair products. She smiled right when I came in and was so welcoming! I will definitely be coming back to this store to see her from her great customer service! She is the best!! :)

Love the new manager. I have to say it's awesome to hear a store manager thank their staff and praise them. You don't hear that often in businesses around Cary. And I love the staff they all seem to really work well together. I'm extra glad Sara is back too.

They've gotten better..I used to hate coming here to grab my products for my clients. It was an uneasy feeling, often followed, and watched way more often than other customers. I am a frequent flyer, so maybe that is why they have gotten better, but still doesn't excuse prior behavior.

I always have a wonderful shopping experience every time I come in this location. The manager Joey is extremely helpful and knows his products. The girls that work there are always helpful and help me find what I am looking for as well. I’m usually in here about two times a week and everyone is always helpful, and I must say the store is taken well care of and clean. Upper management should be proud.

Absolutely 0 star!!! Sarah is an Awful !!Awful !!Awful !! Person. The looks she gives you are unbelievable I can't believe she has a Job in customer service!! I caught her rolling her eyes behinde my back!! for asking a question. It was the worst experience. I need to find another store!! Or maybe I will open one my self.
