Store used to be good, Blake excellent, Jojo excellent. They re gone, now new manager and apparently no staff. 3 times I've been there on the weekend each time a note saying closed due to staffing , at least management should step up and be there. Now I have to go Chambersburg to get what I need.

I arrived at the store at 3:15 PM and observed a sign indicating that the store would be closed until 3:30 PM due to staff shortages. I decided to wait until 3:30 PM; however, I sat in my car until 3:50 PM without any staff or activity visible. Several customers appeared frustrated, as the store was not open as expected. If the store is closed, the signage should be updated accordingly to prevent customers from waiting unnecessarily.

This store has the best customer service! The associates are always friendly and very helpful.

I wish they had more nail tech selection but a great store!
