I’ve always loved this place and have been coming here for a long time, but my recent experience was horrible. I’m not sure if this girl is new, but she was VERY rude. I was asking her questions about the products, and she didn’t even bother to help or explain—she just cut me off and said she “only does skin,” like that was an excuse to not answer anything or direct me to someone who could. Then when I went to check out, instead of politely explaining the policy, she made a rude comment and walked away. I was just standing there trying to figure out what to do. What’s even more disappointing is that I saw a similar review about this same issue from about 2 months ago, so it clearly hasn’t been addressed. i’ve always loved this place and my mom and i have shopped here for hair dye for very long and i don’t know if this girl is new but she was VERYYYY rude. I tried asking her a question and before I could even finish she cuts me off and tells me she can’t answer the question. Like hello? if you can’t answer it you can say that NICELY to a CUSTOMER. Then when I went to check out, instead of telling me I can’t purchase color since it was my mom’s license and not mine NICELY. She goes and tells me I’m not losing my license for you and walks away. that’s not even the worse part. i’m standing there trying to see if my mom could come and buy it for me and i’m on the phone as she walks by and goes you guys can leave have a good day like omg. if you see a blonde young girl with wavy hair, try to avo

Me and my sister were just in the store and the clerk was not friendly at all she was actually very rude !!!

As a professional retired Stylist I appreciate all the help they give at Cosmo Prof.

I never had a problem visiting this store, it’s always been a pleasant experience. In fact it was the second time this week that I stopped. I have never been harassed this way my entire life, as I was here on this one visit! I was targeted  & harassed my entire visit from the moment I walked in the store, from an employee named Samantha!  Management and corporate really need to step in to help retrain these employees with this covid situation. If she was employed by me, I would have fired her on the spot for treating my customers or clients like that. I understand there are lines on the floor, masks are appreciated but not enforced, which I do appreciate considering I do have a legit medical condition I can’t not wear one. But this behavior was completely unacceptable!!!! And no excuse for
