I’ve been a loyal customer at this location for nearly 20 years, and it’s always been one of my favorite places to shop. The in-store experience and staff have consistently been wonderful, which is why it’s so disappointing to see the decline in the reliability of online in-store pickup orders over the past couple of years. Since around 2022, I’ve noticed an increase in cancelled in-store pickup orders, but I continued giving this location the benefit of the doubt because of how much I enjoyed going there. Unfortunately, after another cancelled in-store pickup order today, and past issues with same-day delivery being sent to the wrong location with no resolution, I’ve decided it may be time to switch to another retailer. I honestly love the employees- karina, candy, and bella are so lovely and helpful. I've been doing hair 20 years and coming in as a frequent shopper to this location for ten. They really go above and beyond- wish i could give more stars

Favorite place to shop! I love that they have diva curl. Super hard to find and they have everything in stock here which I love. All the hair colors I could possibly want. Super knowledgeable staff. Great place to shop for all hair and beauty essentials for the professional stylist.

Seem to have supplies even though a lot does have prices marked on them. I understand that probably means it's expensive which I'm ok with however my problem is I walked in and looked around for maybe 5 minutes and wasn't greeted by one person. When I saw what might have been a worker she just looked at me and said nothing. A little help would've gone a long way.
